The time is now to start planning to attend the 2011 Parrish's Family Reunion. This letter is to inform you that we are presently working on the upcoming reunion which will be held in Atlanta, Georgia The reunion will be in 2011
At this time we are in need of some volunteers to assist in fund-raising, so if you would like to help on the fund-raising committee please inform us immediately. We will also need volunteers during the reunion for the following subcommittees: Hospitality, Decorating, Activities (games), Cleanup and Food/picnic committees.
We will be notifying you again in August 2010, regarding the Hotel information and the cost, and also the Reunion fees. Enclosed is a form that must be filled out immediately and return to us as soon as possible so we can have an ideal of who will be attending the reunion.
You can mail, or email this form back to us and let us know whether you would be attending the reunion and would like to help in fund-raising or a subcommittee.
